Job summary

Qualifications

Degree required in Public Policy, Emergency Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
Prior experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, or programme coordination preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging security agencies, community groups, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and improve a crisis preparedness programme for religious organisations.
Oversee development and delivery of training, capability-building and engagement initiatives.
Manage programme operations, communications, and performance tracking, including reporting and statistics.
Strengthen preparedness and coordination within the religious sector to support national security and resilience.
