Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a frontline patient services assistant in the Department of Emergency Medicine. You will support nurses by handling patient registration, admissions, appointment scheduling, and basic orientation for patients and their relatives.

Initial 3 months are office hours, after which you will transition to rostered shifts. Shifts include AM 7am–4pm, PM 1pm–10pm, and night 10pm–7am, with a 5/6 day week; off days are not fixed and scheduling is by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and admissions
• Schedule patients' appointments
• Provide orientation to patients and relatives
• Assist nurses in patient care activities as needed
