Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer focused on the development, testing, and validation of embedded hardware and firmware systems.

You will support PCB-based systems, embedded software, and product integration activities in collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and 3–5 years in embedded electronics or firmware, with strong circuit knowledge and experience with C/C++, PCB tools

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• 3–5 years embedded systems, electronics design or firmware.
• Strong analog/digital circuit knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design, implementation, and testing processes documentation.
• Support hardware and software testing to ensure system quality.
• Perform PCB assembly testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, and manufacturing engineers.
• Troubleshoot embedded hardware and firmware during development and testing.
• Support system integration and root cause analysis.
