Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Platform Software Engineer to design and implement platform software for intelligent AI applications on Dyson products, with emphasis on embedded Linux/RTOS and CI/CD.

The role involves bringing up new peripherals, debugging with cross-functional teams, and optimizing performance across the software stack. You will manage the full software life cycle, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation of release processes while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of embedded software development on Linux/RTOS.
• Hands-on C and modern C++ programming with Bash/Python scripting.
• Familiar with STL/Boost libraries and design patterns.
• Knowledge of Linux toolchain, Yocto/Buildroot, kernel/driver porting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems; familiarity with hardware bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform software for AI-enabled Dyson products.
• Bring up new platform and peripherals on embedded Linux/RTOS and coordinate debugging with hardware teams.
• Profile performance and drive optimizations across the software stack.
• Manage the life cycle of modules including build/test/release, verification, and documentation.
• Build and set up development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for embedded systems.
