Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ELV/BMS and large infrastructure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ELV and BMS greenfield projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor progress to meet timeline, quality, and scope requirements.
• Manage project cash flow, cost control, and Estimation at Completion (EAC).
• Prepare and present monthly reports on schedule status, costs, and risks.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee site execution activities with engineering teams.
• Maintain clear communication and address stakeholder expectations.
