STAFFKING PTE. LTD., Singapore, seeks an experienced Project Manager for ELV and M&E construction projects, overseeing from planning to completion and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years of ELV/M&E project management experience. You will read drawings, monitor schedules and budgets, supervise site installations and ensure safety and quality, with regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Services or related field.
3-5 years of project management experience in ELV / structured cabling / M&E construction.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage ELV, structured cabling, M&E or construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Monitor project schedule, budget, site progress and quality.
Review drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.
Supervise site installation and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
Prepare progress reports, documentation and project submissions.
