Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an ELV/IT systems engineer to design, install, test, and maintain ELV and IT systems with a strong focus on security, CCTV, and PA.

The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and IT vendors to ensure on-time delivery across Singapore project sites. You will conduct site inspections, perform T&C, maintenance, and provide technical support to resolve installation issues while preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Building Services Engineering, or related.
• Hands-on experience in ELV systems, IT networks, security/access control, CCTV, PA, and related systems.
• Experience in installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Singapore building standards and site environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure, test, commission, and maintain ELV and IT systems with focus on security, CCTV, PA, and PWD systems.
• Perform testing & commissioning, preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and rectification of ELV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and IT vendors for timely delivery across sites.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve installation issues.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, test reports, inspection records, and service reports.
• Ensure ELV installations comply with drawings, specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Support handover activities including system testing, documentation, and close-out of issues.
