Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Premier Wealth Manager to grow and manage clients' wealth through optimized risk, return and liquidity. You will provide unbiased financial advice and maintain high service standards to meet clients' objectives.

In this role you will collaborate with branches to expand the Premier client base, execute targeted marketing campaigns and upgrade High Net Worth clients onto the Premier platform while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree required with 2–5 years in sales/marketing of financial products.
• Experience handling high net-worth clients is a plus.
• Professional certifications like CMFAS/CFP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a high level of sales and service performance and productivity in PW segment.
• Work closely with the branch to achieve strong Premier sales and service performances.
• Execute Premier marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance segment’s sales performance and acquire/upgrade high net worth clients.
• Provide need-based financial advice to Premier clients and recommend shortlisted products to meet financial objectives.
• Raise issues/feedback to support product development, marketing campaigns and advisory processes.
• Follow up on assigned referral leads.
• Ensure consistent service standards and handle client queries within SLA.
• Maintain regular contact with Premier clients to preserve and grow relationships.
• Cross-sell products and services to Premier clients with unbiased wealth management advice.
• Manage risk through compliance activities such as KYC/ECDD and timely trade execution.
