Job summary

Quantum Automation Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities in the integrated security field. You will build relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors, promote CCTV/VMS, access control and related solutions, and manage tendering from inquiry to proposal.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, M&E or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Security/ELV system sales, tendering or integration.
• Good technical understanding of CCTV/VMS, Access Control and related systems.
• Familiar with M&E tender processes, consultant specs, BOQ and submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote Integrated Security System and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during design/specification stage.
• Review tender specs, drawings, BOQ and requirements; coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Attend tender interviews, technical presentations and commercial negotiations when required.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.
