Job summary

Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking a result-driven sales professional for the Singapore market to drive new business opportunities in Integrated Security/ELV systems. You will coordinate with consultants, developers and main contractors to win tenders and deliver compliant, competitive solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in Security/ELV sales, strong technical understanding, and proven negotiation skills. A 5-day week with flexible arrangements and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years' experience in Security/ELV system sales, tendering or system integration.
• Good understanding of Integrated Security/ELV systems (CCTV/VMS, Access Control, IDS).
• Familiar with Singapore M&E tender processes, specs, drawings, BOQ and compliance submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote Integrated Security System and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during design/specification stage.
• Review tender specs, drawings, BOQ and collaborate with internal teams to prepare compliant solutions.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Attend tender interviews, technical presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular follow-up with customers/projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.
