Navsar Global seeks a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead digital delivery for a major MRT underground package in Singapore. You will federate multi‑discipline models, resolve clashes, and ensure BIM submissions meet LTA/BCA standards across civil, structural, MEP and rail systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as BIM Coordinator on underground rail/MRT projects.
• Advanced expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Eng or BIM/VDC cert.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA BIM guidelines and CORENET.

Responsibilities

• Manage federated models (Civil, Structural, MEP, Architectural, Rail) per LTA specs.
• Lead spatial coordination and clash resolution workshops with discipline leads and contractors.
• Conduct model health checks and data verification for 4D staging and as-built handovers.
• Prepare clash reports, RFIs, and visual issue trackers using BIM 360/ACC.
• Liaise with Main Contractor's BIM Manager, client reps, and QPs for regulatory submissions.
• Monitor site progress using point cloud/laser scan data where required.
