Job summary

Venture Corporation in Singapore seeks a Technician for the GES, Marsiling site. You will support the setting up and operation of multiple machines, monitor output quality, and troubleshoot product failures from customer returns.

You will also prepare the first level failure analysis debug report and assist in evaluations. The ideal candidate holds NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical or related technical certifications and has at least 2 years of manufacturing experience in medical devices or

Qualifications

• NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical or related technical certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing of medical device or electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Support the setting up and operating of different machines, in good quality and running condition and monitoring the output.
• Troubleshoot of Product failures from customer returns
• Prepare the 1st level Failure Analysis Debug Report
• Assist in evaluations
• Report top defects for root cause analysis
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Perform System level test where applicable
• Consolidate testing/evaluation data & suggestion for yield/efficiency/coverage improvement
• Repair & maintain PCBA/machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Calibration and preventive maintenance of Machine/ equipment/tools & fixtures
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
