Job summary

Venture Corporation, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Senior/Engineering Assistant, Maintenance for its HQ in Ang Mo Kio. The role focuses on general maintenance, line setup, and ensuring equipment safety standards are met.

You will handle machine errors, perform calibrations, and coordinate with vendors as needed. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering diploma/certification with SMT manufacturing exposure and demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and independent work

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in SMT manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently to support production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, fixture in good working condition.
• Perform maintenance, calibration, fix and repair of equipment.
• Perform first leveltrouble-shoot, repair of equipment.
• Liaise with vendors forrepair, upgrade etc.
• Maintain equipment to be ES Dcompliance, ie, continuity to ground compliance.
• Perform other ad-hoc production related activities, such as Kaizen, quality improvement activities.
• Support Kaizen, Quality improvement projects.
