Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking a skilled mechatronics technician to perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment. The role includes calibration and repair of electronic boxes, and setting up tape & reel inspection machines.

You will prepare, setup and qualify machines and produce technical reports with recommendations. The position requires a Diploma/NITEC in engineering, hands-on assembly, and the ability to read basic drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Relevant internship / working experience in cleanroom / front end manufacturing environment
• Able to read basic engineering drawings
• Hands on assembly & troubleshooting of semiconductor machine
• Training given to candidate with no experience
• Willing to work around Kallang / Lavender / Bendemeer area
• 5 day work-week with OT pay if there is OT (Mon-Fri only).No shiftwork required.

Responsibilities

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
• Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
• Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines.
• Prepare, setup and qualify machines
• Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problem
• Machine alignment, teaching and test run
