Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Singapore store. You will lead the team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

With 2–4 years in retail and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, you excel in leadership, stock control, and performance reporting, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role in consumer electronics preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by handling customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking activities.
• Enforce store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic administrative duties.
• Assist in training new team members and onboarding store staffs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.
