Job summary

eVantage HR Pte Ltd is seeking an Electronics Engineer to design and develop electronics hardware, circuits, PCB/PCBA and system architecture for new products.

You will prototype from concept through product development and manufacturing, working on embedded microprocessor systems, sensors, and power electronics while collaborating with manufacturing, suppliers and customers to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in electronics hardware and PCB/PCBA product development.
• Experience with embedded microprocessors, analog circuits and power-management electronics.
• Knowledge of high-speed hardware, signal integrity and interfaces such as DDR, PCI/PCI-X or similar high-speed buses.
• Experience with EMC, environmental testing and product safety is advantageous.
• Medical-device / ISO 13485 experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with PSpice, Python or similar simulation/programming tools is advantageous.
• Strong interest in hands-on product design and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronics hardware, circuits, PCB/PCBA and system architecture for new products.
• Develop and validate prototypes from concept through product development and manufacturing.
• Work on embedded microprocessor systems, analog/digital circuits, sensors and signal conditioning.
• Design and support power electronics, including DC-DC / AC-DC applications.
• Work with communication interfaces such as USB, LAN, Bluetooth and other I/O protocols.
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting and design validation.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers and customers on technical requirements and product improvements.
• Ensure designs meet relevant product safety, EMC and regulatory requirements.
