Job summary

Our client in electronics manufacturing is seeking a quality engineer to drive process quality improvements across manufacturing and supplier networks. Based in Joo Koon, you'll implement robust quality systems, perform audits, and lead corrective actions with established tools and methodologies.

This role offers a 5-day work week and office hours. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with QC tools, ISO/IATF standards, and related QA

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience resolving quality issues and executing quality strategies.
• Strong knowledge of QC core tools, SPC, 8D, Control Plans, PFMEA and APQP.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, PPAP and QMS auditing; experience with Minitab, SAP and GD&T advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement across manufacturing processes and subcontractor operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, SPC and other quality methodologies.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation including control plans, PFMEA, inspection procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct process and supplier audits while driving continuous improvement, process qualification and error-proofing initiatives.
