Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an Electronic Components Project Lead in Singapore to manage multi-disciplinary projects involving design, development and testing of sensors and electronic components for engines and machines. You will oversee progress, costs, and reporting, and mentor the project team.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and strong communication with customers and suppliers. Onsite work five days a week in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
• Experience directing complex projects with multi-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress and costs, communicate status to stakeholders, and resolve problems.
• Direct project staffing and develop team members.
• Coordinate with customers to manage expectations and ensure proper use of project controls and reporting.
• Collaborate on design, development and testing of electronic components for engines and machines.
