CREW by HRNet, an established global technology company, is seeking a Production Supervisor/Assembly Team Lead (Electronics) in Singapore. The role leads a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates, ensuring targets, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced electronics environment.

The position offers full-time employment in Tampines with rotating shifts (8am-8pm or 8pm-8am) and allowances to support food, transport, and shift costs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years as Manufacturing Lead or similar.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS.
• Able to manage manpower and production schedules.
• Familiar with manufacturing KPIs, quality control, and safety standards.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates.
• Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor productivity, output, and manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshoot production and assembly issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance monitoring for team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare production reports and communicate operational updates.
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams.
