Job summary

Our client in Singapore's EMS sector is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure safety and quality targets, and drive improvements across output, delivery, and productivity.

You will coach operators, manage manpower and attendance, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to maintain compliant, high-performance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality management systems.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams, including manpower planning and attendance.
• Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure compliant operations.
