Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer/Senior Procurement Engineer to support electronics sourcing, supplier management, and NPI within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. You will balance cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance while collaborating across Asia and Europe.

The role emphasizes cost optimisation, supplier automation, and coordinating production ramp-up with R&D, Operations, and EMS partners. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics is required.
• 5+ years in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years across engineering and sourcing/procurement.
• Approximately 3–5 years in electronics industry.
• Strong experience with electronics suppliers/EMS partners.
• Proven supplier performance management, project coordination and negotiation.
• Experience supporting NPI, product transfer and ramp-up.
• Good understanding of contract negotiation and commercial sourcing.
• Familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter and Microsoft Teams.
• Exposure to plastics molding would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and teamwork skills across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronics and other commodities to ensure cost, quality and supply performance.
• Support supplier selection, sourcing and supplier strategy development.
• Drive supplier performance improvements across Quality, Delivery, Cost and Responsiveness.
• Conduct pricing reviews and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Lead procurement for NPI, product transfers and ramp-up.
• Support supplier sourcing, development, negotiations and project execution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, EMS partners and suppliers for delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support supplier quality audits and continuous improvement with Quality Engineering.
• Coordinate MRB processes and disposition with suppliers.
