Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a competent Operations/Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure line continuity and efficient production in a high-volume electronics environment.

You will coordinate with planners, manage shift manpower, drive quality and safety, and implement effective work methods with a focus on on-time delivery and minimal wastage. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in high volume production of electronics components.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze WIP, resources and activities to ensure line continuity.
• Lead effective line management and organize lot movement to meet OTD.
• Coordinate with planners in production scheduling to maximize line utilization.
• Implement work methodologies to ensure high-quality output and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers to execute WI, SOP and targets.
• Drive reduction of scraps and mishandling; establish cross-training plans and certifications.
