Job summary

You will collaborate with procurement and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality, with a focus on Altium tooling, BOM preparation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of electronics related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Altium/PCB software.
• Open to Singaporeans/PR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in PCB layout design, schematic library development, BOM preparation, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Support component sourcing, datasheet verification, technical evaluation, and project costing with procurement.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits, diagnose technical issues, and identify root causes of failures.
• Develop and implement solutions to address testing issues and improve product performance.
• Liaise with suppliers and production to resolve component, process, and product quality issues.
• Support production in implementing CAPA to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical and operational support to procurement, production, and sales teams for timely issue resolution.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated Electronics Engineer to support PCB design, component sourcing, circuit troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation while working with procurement and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in PCB layout design, schematic library development, Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Support component sourcing, datasheet verification, technical evaluation, and project costing in collaboration with the procurement team.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits, diagnose technical issues, and identify root causes of failures.
• Develop and implement solutions to address testing issues and improve product performance.
• Liaise with suppliers and the production team to investigate and resolve component, process, and product quality issues.
• Support production in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical and operational support to procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Preferred: At least 1-2 years of electronics related experience
• Preferred: Proficient in Altium/PCB software
