Job summary
Parker Hannifin Corp Singapore seeks a capable engineer to provide application solutions and design electromechanical and control systems, supporting sales growth and project management.
You will draft electrical diagrams, perform product sizing for actuators and SSD drives, prepare BOMs and costings, and coordinate drawings on the server, while collaborating closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant engineering field (electromechanical/electrical/automation or control).
- Min. 5 years’ experience in electromechanical and SSD drive product design, sales support or business development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical proposals for electromechanical or inverter drive control systems.
- Draft electrical diagrams and piping layouts.
- Draft electrical panel layouts.
- Product sizing for electromechanical actuators and SSD drives.
- Prepare design calculations, BOMs and user manuals.
- Prepare costing calculations and quotations.
- Maintain updated server-based drawings/documents.
- Prepare test procedures/reports per design requirements.
- Design simple hydraulic systems under guidance.
- Draft simple assembly drawings of HPUs.
- Coordinate projects and manage project activities.
- Troubleshoot at customer sites as needed.
- Provide technical support to the sales team.
