Job summary

KYOWA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a machine operator to load and unload parts at the located machine and ensure correct parts are loaded for each operation.

The role requires performing safety procedures for plating and maintaining cleanliness of machines, chemical tanks, and production floors. Regular rinsing between processes and weekly/monthly maintenance are part of the duties, with strict adherence to 6S practices.

Qualifications

• Load and unload parts at located machine.
• Ensure correct parts are loaded onto machine.
• Daily task safety practices for plating.
• Maintain cleanliness of machine, chemical tank and production floor areas.
• Complete rinsing when transferring parts.
• Conduct weekly and monthly maintenance of machine.
• Prepare required instruments according to work instruction.
• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized (6S).
• Work in a physically demanding environment with long hours of standing and exposure to high temperatures and chemicals.
