Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler at Upper Changi on a 12-month contract with potential renewal and a 3-month training period.

The role involves assembling, testing, and repairing electromechanical components, following schematics and instructions, with shifts including morning, noon, and night. Basic salary up to SGD 3,600 plus shift allowances and completion bonus; extra monthly allowances after shifts and bus transport provided after shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Nitec Qualification
• Able to perform electro-mechanical assembly operations
• Troubleshooting, repair & maintenance and testing of pneumatic systems/ machines
• Working in clean room environment - may be exposed to high or small spaces, must be comfortable to squat for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components following work orders and diagrams.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair during build; diagnose and correct errors.
• Use test fixtures, measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to evaluate performance.
• Record progress and labour details in computer systems.
• Receive and inspect parts, ensure material readiness, and audit for assembly/test readiness; check components for defects and help improve related processes.
• May assist with programming, software installations, and system repairs as needed.
