Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler for a 12-month contract with a 3-month training period. The role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies in a clean room environment.

The position follows standard work orders and requires the ability to work PM shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) with an extra SGD 500/month and bus transport provided after shift. Diploma or Nitec qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Nitec qualification.
• Able to perform electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Troubleshooting, repair & maintenance and testing of pneumatic systems/ machines.
• Working in clean room environment - may be exposed to high or small spaces, must be comfortable to squat for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical assemblies per specs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose build errors.
• Use test fixtures, measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to evaluate performance.
• Record progress and labor details in computer systems.
• Inspect parts and verify material readiness; conduct audits for readiness of assembly or testing.
• May assist with programming, software installations, and system repairs as needed.
