Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrician / Automation Technician to join our team in Woodlands, Singapore. You will install, wire, test and maintain industrial automation equipment, including control panels, robotic systems, and automated machinery.

Requirements include 1–3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience, familiarity with crimping, soldering and wire stripping tools, and ability to read AC/DC diagrams; PLCs and sensors knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years hands-on electrical installation experience.
• Experience in industrial or automation environments is an advantage.
• Familiar with crimping, soldering, and wire stripping tools.
• Able to read AC/DC electrical circuit diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire electrical systems for automated machinery and control panels.
• Assist in troubleshooting faults involving sensors, actuators, and PLC systems.
• Perform I/O testing and support system commissioning.
• Read and interpret AC/DC diagrams and wiring drawings.
• Assist in cable harness assembly, routing, termination and wiring.
• Maintain wiring documentation and technical records.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on installations and improvements.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Salary: Up to $3,000 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Electrician / Automation Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in the installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment, including electrical control panels, robotic systems, and automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and wire electrical systems for automated machinery, conveyors, and control panels.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults involving sensors, actuators, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Perform I/O testing and support system commissioning.
• Read and interpret AC/DC electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
• Assist in cable harness assembly, wire routing, cable termination, and electrical wiring for automated machinery, robotic systems, conveyors, and control panels.
• Maintain accurate wiring documentation, cable lists, and technical records.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to support installation, maintenance, and system improvements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Familiar with crimping, soldering, and wire stripping tools.
• Able to read and understand AC/DC electrical circuit diagrams.
