Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support product quality, manufacturing yield, reliability, and sustaining engineering for complex analytical instruments.

You will troubleshoot PCAs, lead root-cause investigations, develop test stations, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA to ensure robust, manufacturable designs and timely product sustains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering, product support, sustaining, or test engineering.
• Experience supporting complex electronic products in manufacturing or NPI environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic issues across PCAs, modules, subsystems, and instruments using schematic analysis and debugging.
• Lead root cause investigations for manufacturing, reliability, and field failures and drive corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and support manufacturing test stations and PCA/module test software.
• Support NPI, product sustaining, and change management activities with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze quality and performance data to drive yield improvements and process optimization.
