Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Technician to install, test, and set up electrical equipment and control panels across islandwide project sites in Singapore.

The role requires reading electrical drawings and performing wiring as per specifications, with on-site support for breakdowns and routine maintenance. The position offers 5.5 working days, overtime opportunities, and excellent staff benefits.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or relevant certifications.
• 2 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documents will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and set up electrical equipment and control panels.
• Handle wiring, terminations, and connections based on drawings and specifications.
• Read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Carry out testing and measurements using company-provided instruments.
• Ensure equipment runs correctly and meets safety and performance standards.
• Provide on-site support for breakdowns or equipment issues.
• Follow safety rules, project specs, and company procedures at all times.
• Travel to different sites as needed.
• Work overtime, weekends, or after hours as required by project or maintenance needs.
• Take on other electrical or technical tasks assigned by your supervisor or management.
