Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Technician/Testing Engineer to join a client in the M&E engineering sector.

The role is permanent and based in the Northeast region of Singapore, close to Punggol Coast, with standard office hours. You will perform inspection, testing, commissioning, and routine maintenance across LV/MV systems. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical testing or commissioning, with

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical, M&E, testing & commissioning or maintenance.
• Able to read electrical drawings and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with LV/MV systems, switchboards, generators or transformers advantageous.
• Willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical inspection, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning works.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and verify electrical installations against drawings and specifications.
• Perform electrical testing using appropriate test equipment and record results.
• Assist in diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults and technical issues.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and single-line diagrams.
• Prepare testing, commissioning and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and electrical standards.
• Perform other electrical-related duties as assigned.
