Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a junior engineer to assist the team with maintenance, repair and installation of equipment across islandwide sites in Singapore.

This role supports project planning and field operations, ensuring timely execution and adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates have a NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with up to 2 years of experience. On‑the‑job training is provided and a basic monthly salary of SGD 2,800–3,300 plus transport allowance

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience in similar position.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers with equipment maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring and installation of new equipment/systems.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare maintenance and project progress reports.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
