• Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement work schedules to optimize productivity and timelines.
• Motivate and assist staff to maintain high performance and morale.
