Job summary

EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Construction Supervisor with strong electrical expertise to oversee day-to-day electrical works from high- to low-voltage systems. The role includes installation, cable routing, terminations, testing, energization readiness, and handover coordination with mechanical, structural and utility interfaces.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety, and drive tests, commissioning, and system completion through handover to the client.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of construction supervision or site coordination experience.
• Experience in biopharma, life sciences, data centres or semiconductors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and review method statements and permits.
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes are followed.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Inspect work for quality and coordinate subcontractors.
• Support electrical testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage punch lists and handover dossiers.
