Job summary

POWSTAR ENGINEERING in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design Electrical Control Panels, DDC panels and associated control systems for building services. You will prepare diagrams, bill of materials and cost estimates while supporting PLC programming and on-site installations.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 1+ years of experience, and involves coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors to ensure technical excellence on project sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Independent and self-motivated with ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Design Electrical Control Panels, DDC Panels and control systems for building services.
• Prepare single-line diagrams and termination diagrams.
• Generate bill of materials and prepare costing/quotations for electrical projects.
• Understand PLC programming, testing and support site installations.
• Review vendor specifications and coordinate with vendors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to provide technical support.
• Coordinate meetings and daily briefings at site.
• Project management, implementation and supervision.
• Prepare electrical project documentation for customer requirements.
