Job summary

CHCT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable engineer to design control panels, plan electrical diagrams, and prepare BOMs for projects in Singapore. The role includes on-site commissioning, wiring, SCADA development, and comprehensive project management to ensure quality and adherence to budget.

The successful candidate will implement wiring drawings, perform instrument calibration, troubleshoot site issues, and maintain meticulous project documentation throughout all stages of the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and plan control panels and circuit diagrams to meet engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Prepare BOMs for control panel electrical components, estimate materials, and submit procurement requests.
• Execute control panel assembly, machine wiring, and quality control processes.
• Develop and program SCADA interfaces, report programs, HMIs, and PLC control software.
• Conduct on-site system commissioning, signal testing, and instrument calibration for stable operation.
• Plan on-site external wiring drawings and assist in confirming project scope and budget submission.
• Manage overall project scheduling and construction, monitor progress and quality.
• Troubleshoot system, instrumentation, and site installation issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, records, and forms for traceability.
• Review vendor progress claims and payment requests, assist with financial reconciliation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
