Job summary

Render private limited is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the design of electrical power distribution systems, switchboards, MCCs and control panels at our Singapore project site.

The role involves preparing electrical designs, drawings and schematics compliant with project requirements, developing single-line diagrams, and supporting FAT, installation and commissioning. You will interact with suppliers and project teams to meet safety standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school diploma required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• English required; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control.
• Prepare electrical system designs, drawings, and schematics in compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare technical documents such as specifications, bill of quantities and reports.
• Develop single-line diagrams.
• Attend FAT and supervise the delivery, installation and testing and commissioning of electrical works.
• Handle and resolve all site technical matters.
• Prepare, review and assist in subcontractor design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standards are met.
• Assist and collaborate with other project team members to comply with project requirements and meet project schedules.
• Provide technical support.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements.
• Able to communicate with China supplier for technical requirements.
