Job summary

MIRZA M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installation across commercial and industrial projects.

You will coordinate site teams, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and liaise with contractors and clients. Responsibilities include supervising wiring, panels, and trunking; reading drawings; coordinating 10–20 workers and subcontractors; and supporting testing and commissioning to ensure systems function

Qualifications

• Supervise site electrical installation works ensuring safety and compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specs to guide installation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and a team of 10–20 workers to meet timelines.
• Monitor safety, progress, and regulatory compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site electrical installation works including lighting, power, cabling, distribution boards, and trunking to ensure quality and compliance
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to guide installation and troubleshooting
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and a team of 10-20 workers to meet project timelines and standards
• Monitor work progress and safety practices to comply with project schedules and regulatory requirements (SS CP5, EMA, MOM)
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Liaise effectively with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project alignment
• Prepare daily site reports and verify work completed for progress claims and documentation
• Support testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems function as designed

Job Summary

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• BizSafe Level 2 / Supervisor Safety Course
• Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Mandarin or Bangla is advantageous for site coordination
• Ability to work on-site and perform overtime as required
• Familiarity with building construction processes and electrical systems
