Responsibilities Role Summary for Electrical Site Engineer Supervisor
Join a dynamic team delivering solar panel installations across scaffold structures in major infrastructure projects. You’ll lead electrical works on-site, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with solar panel scaffold and installation teams to deliver high-quality, energy‑efficient systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain electrical systems for solar panel setups on scaffold platforms.
- Coordinate with scaffold teams to ensure safe cable routing and structural integration.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with BCA, EMA, and WSH regulations.
- Prepare technical documentation and support project milestones.
- Mentor junior technicians and support cross-cultural site teams.
- Comfortable working at height and in scaffold environments.
- Strong communication skills, especially with multicultural teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design software.
- Familiar with Singapore electrical codes and EMA regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for electrical installation.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with scaffold and structural teams to integrate electrical systems.
- Support procurement of electrical equipment and liaise with suppliers.
- Provide technical guidance to installation teams and main contractors.
- Design and review electrical layouts for solar panel system.
