Responsibilities Role Summary for Electrical Site Engineer Supervisor

Join a dynamic team delivering solar panel installations across scaffold structures in major infrastructure projects. You’ll lead electrical works on-site, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with solar panel scaffold and installation teams to deliver high-quality, energy‑efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems for solar panel setups on scaffold platforms.
• Coordinate with scaffold teams to ensure safe cable routing and structural integration.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure full compliance with BCA, EMA, and WSH regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation and support project milestones.
• Mentor junior technicians and support cross-cultural site teams.
• Comfortable working at height and in scaffold environments.
• Strong communication skills, especially with multicultural teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design software.
• Familiar with Singapore electrical codes and EMA regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for electrical installation.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
