Job summary

TYE ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Tender Costing Specialist to manage tender costing processes. You will extract BoQ data, coordinate supplier quotations, analyze costs, and prepare comprehensive tender submissions to support accurate project budgeting.

The role involves ensuring precise inputs, obtaining competitive pricing, and delivering complete tender documentation for successful submissions in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Extract Bill of Quantity data from in-house costing system.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Analyze vendor quotations to identify cost-effective options.
• Prepare tender cost estimates based on BOQ and unit rates for complete project costing.
• Complete all tender-related documentation to meet submission requirements.
• Review tender information for technical and cost accuracy to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Extract Bill of Quantity data accurately using in-house costing software to ensure precise project cost inputs
• Send requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project materials and services
• Analyze and compare supplier quotations to identify cost-effective options and support informed decision-making
• Prepare detailed tender cost estimates based on Bill of Quantity and unit rates to deliver complete and accurate project costing
• Complete all tender-related documentation and forms to comply with submission requirements
• Review tender information thoroughly for technical and cost accuracy to ensure compliance and completeness
