Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings and schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical troubleshooting and good communication.

Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspection during assembly of switchboards to verify component installation and wiring against schematics.
• Final Inspection and Testing (FAT) including visual checks, functional tests of breakers/lights/meters and high-pot tests.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and non-conformity reports.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and sales teams to resolve quality issues and support project timelines.
