Job summary

PeopleSearch seeks an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) in Singapore to lead electrical and building services projects from planning through handover, focusing on data centres and residential/office fit-outs. Qualifications

• Must have electrical engineering background with senior project delivery experience.
• Experience leading M&E or electrical projects across diverse sectors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, and testing/commissioning.
• Solid understanding of project management, contract administration and WSH practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and completion of electrical projects within scope, schedule, budget and safety requirements.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients and authorities across full lifecycle.
• Oversee electrical works, including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor progress, risks, resources, costs and contractual obligations; take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, quality standards and WSH requirements.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts and documentation for management and client review.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance including anti-corruption and fair competition.
