Job summary

TOPAZ E&I PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordination Engineer to support project execution on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring works align with specifications.

Responsibilities include producing coordination drawings, managing document control, planning, cost control, and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders while maintaining safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Produce coordination drawings and check drawings discrepancies.
• Carry out project planning, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Attend meetings.
• To attend regular meetings with clients representative, consultants and contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
• To Prepare Plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, Risk Assessment, monthly report.
• To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain and conduct review s of details design drawings, project documents and specifications.
