Job summary

Instant Hire Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or IT to join the electrical construction team.

Coordinate shop drawings, attend site meetings, and manage on-site activities aligned with the main schedule. On-the-job training will be provided, and the role operates on a 5.25-day workweek with alternate Saturdays. You will support testing, commissioning, and system handover; maintain drawings and manuals; and ensure QEHS policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Team Player, independent and proactive.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and revision of shop drawings and updates based on feedback.
• Attend site and safety coordination meetings to align with project requirements.
• Plan and manage site activities in line with the main work schedule.
• Arrange site access and oversee timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor daily progress and provide regular site updates.
• Implement variation works upon revised drawings.
• Support site testing, commissioning, and system handover.
• Maintain construction drawings, as-built docs, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure QEHS compliance throughout project execution.
