Job summary

POWEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee delivery of projects in Singapore.

You will schedule activities, monitor costs, coordinate supervisors and subcontractors, and liaise with clients and consultants to resolve site issues. You will support the company’s quality management system, track progress, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure on-time, within-budget project outcomes for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities
• Manage project costs by tracking expenditures and implementing cost control measures
• Lead and coordinate supervisors, foremen, workers, and sub-contractors to align efforts and meet project goals
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and facilitate effective site meetings
• Monitor construction progress regularly and provide actionable recommendations to improve project management outcomes
• Participate actively in implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management system to uphold standards
