Job summary

EZZE Services in Singapore seeks a project manager to lead site interventions, installation, testing and commissioning of low and medium voltage equipment and busducts. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules and ensure safety and quality across all activities.

The role requires strong documentation, client liaison and timely reporting, with a focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while promoting good sales alignment for future works.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing site interventions and electrical installations.
• Ability to organize schedules and coordinate service jobs.
• Strong focus on safety compliance and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM of site interventions, installation, testing and commissioning of LV/MV equipment and busducts.
• Attend site meetings.
• Organize and coordinate schedule of service jobs for effective execution.
• Ensure timely submission of time follow-up forms and service reports.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to meet customer satisfaction.
• Foster good customer relationships and address customer needs.
• Ensure quality work and on-time delivery.
• Maintain safety gear and test equipment to standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Promote good customer relations.
• Respond to enquiries on project works and coordinate with the sales team as per scope of work.

• Overall, in charge of Project management of site intervention, installation, testing & commissioning of Low and Medium voltage equipment and busducts
• Attend site meetings
• To organize & coordinate schedule of Service jobs are effectively carried out
• To ensure that daily time follow-up forms & services reports are timely submitted
• To maintain effective project documentation in order to meet customer satisfaction
• To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs
• To maintain quality work & on-time delivery
• To maintain all safety gear issued and test equipment to their standard of use
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
• Promote good customer relations
• Attend to enquiry on project works, opportunities and provide works with sales accordingly to customers’ scope of work
