is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to oversee master programme development and manage electrical works for building construction projects. You will provide engineering support across projects, plan and schedule work, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with consultants, owners, architects and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with codes and tender specs.

• In charge of master programme development and management
• Lead, manage and coordinate Electrical works and services for building construction projects for a growing Contractor
• In Charge of Technical Design & Cost Estimation for the Company's Future Projects
• Provide Engineering support to all company's projects on hand.
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers detailing delays, defects and rectification measures for Electrical works.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve Electrical-related issues efficiently.
• Report on Electrical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
• Ensure designs and tendering comply with specifications, standards and codes.
• Ensure tender submissions are cost-competitive to secure new projects.
• Optimize opportunities via competition, price negotiations and liaise with consultants, owners, architects and developers.
• Support growth via supplier market studies and timely, competitive tender price submissions.
• Manage engineering teams and electrical staff.

• In ensure all the designs and the tendering are in compliance with tender specification requirement, standards and relevant codes and practices
• Check and ensure all the tendering submission are cost competitive and effective to secure the new projects for the company
• To optimise project opportunities through competition and demand analysis, price negotiations and maintain constant contact with Consultants, Building Owners, Architects and Developers .
• To ensure future growth through competitor analysis, market studies of the suppliers and establish timely, accurate and competitive price submission for the tendering and achieve the corporate's future project plans.
