Job summary

Sanli E & C is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead in Singapore to drive the design, procurement, and commissioning of electrical systems on a live project. You will supervise the electrical team, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and client requirements.

The role requires at least 6 years of experience in M&E contracting, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in M&E contracting.
• Experience in electrical design, cost estimation, and technical submissions.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes and standards.
• Ability to review specs and drawings for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of electrical deliverables such as SLDs, panel GA drawings, and calculations.
• Lead the Electrical Team in project planning and execution with clients and consultants.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to resolve interfacing issues and mitigate risks.
• Manage project stakeholders during execution.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors in installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Guide engineers in resolving site issues.
• Plan and monitor project claims for the Electrical discipline and prepare projections.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely submission of electrical deliverables, including HV and LV equipment SLDs, Panel GA drawings, calculations, electrical studies, etc.


• Lead the Electrical Team in planning and executing the project, including discussions with project consultants and clients on testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.


• Attend technical meetings with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and internal project teams.


• Collaborate with various discipline leads to ensure all interfacing issues are aligned and resolved to mitigate engineering risks.


• Manage various project stakeholders during project execution.


• Monitor and lead electrical subcontractors for installation, testing, and commissioning works.


• Guide Electrical Engineers in resolving technical or site issues.


• Plan and monitor project claims for the Electrical discipline and prepare claim projections.

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields


• Min 6 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in M&E contracting


• Experienced in electrical design, cost estimation, technical submissions.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes, standards.


• Able to review specifications, drawings, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Salary Range: $8,500 - $10,000 (Depend on experience)
