Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as electrical maintenance engineer in building & construction, precast civil projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting using a systematic approach.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software is required.
• Ability to design electrical circuits and perform electrical calculations.
• Wiring knowledge is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of automated control machineries for precast fabrication equipment, including batching plants and automated mesh fabrication machines.
• Maintenance of electrical distribution boxes, overhead cranes, gantry cranes and lifting equipment.
• Arrange regulatory inspections and calibrations for electrical machines.
• Provide in-house training for machine operators on safe operation and maintenance.
• Arrange and maintain critical spare parts for machines.
• Keep daily breakdown records and schedule preventive maintenance for all machines.
• Maintain proper project documentation of electrical work performed.

Job Description:

• Maintenance of Automated control Machineries for the Precast Fabrication Equipment’s such as Batch Concrete Mixing Plants, Automated Rebar Bending/Cutting & Mesh Fabrication machine,AVERMANN Pallet Circulation system, Automated Hollow core Fabrication Machines such as Extruder, Bed Cleaning machines, Concrete Cutting machine, Concrete Distributor.
• Maintenance of Electrical Distribution Boxes, Electrical Overhead Cranes, Gantry cranes, Lifting Equipments.
• Arranging for Regulatory Inspections & calibrations for the Equipment’s and Electrical machines.
• Providing In-house Training for the Machine operators to operate and maintain the machines in Safe and good working Condition. And Training the Maintenance team in periodic Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of the machines.
• Arranging and maintaining critical Spare parts for the machines.
