Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead infrastructure and building projects within new estate divisions.

You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and resources, and liaise with designers, consultants, contractors and government authorities. You will report progress to management, prepare development papers for funding approvals, resolve design issues, and ensure tender documents meet all necessary requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical Engineering, preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and positive in delivery day-to-day tasks.
• Good in written communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions.
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources.
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface.
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed.
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process.
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues.
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements.
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors.
